Available Classes
Power, Speed & Agility Class (Ages 8-12)
In this class we introduce strength training along with speed & agility work as well as finishing with a conditioning workout during each class. The focus of this group is improving body weight mechanics and introducing minor loading with dumbbells, kettlebells, sleds and medicine balls, we also work on speed & agility training through sprinting, speed ladders, jumping and more. Mon @ 4:30pm, Wed @ 4:30pm
Youth Olympic Weightlifting (Ages 12+)
Introduce and refine the weightlifting movements of the snatch and the clean and jerk. We compete as a team and often travel to local meets as well as national events. Mon @ 5:30pm, Wed @ 5:30pm, Fri @ 4:00pm, Sat @ 9:30am
Strength & Conditioning (Teens 13+)
Introduction to advanced strength training as well conditioning; utilizing - barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells, and more. Mon @ 6:30pm, Wed @ 6:30pm, Fri @ 5:00pm
Adults
Group Fitness & Personal training also available
Wed @ 5:30pm, Sat @ 9:30am
